Randy L. Marshall
President
As President, since its inception in 1994, Mr. Marshall is responsible for the overall operational success of the Company. He has over 20 years experience in the telecom industry and has an excellent track record in identifying and expanding the Company’s product base. Prior to Omni, Mr. Marshall founded Domation, Inc., a patented building process, which was a top “INC 500” growth company. Randy was in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers where he spent 4 years in Germany when the wall was up. He was Airborne Qualified and got out as a Captain. After getting out of the Army he took a year off and walked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine! He has won numerous awards and honors for his civic involvement including Young Engineer of the Year for the State of Georgia, John B. Amos Entrepreneur of the Year (Founder of AFLAC), and American Red Cross Chairman in Georgia. Mr. Marshall is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology.
Clay Ogata
SVP Engineering
Clay has over 25 years’ experience as an executive sales resource across the telecom, cable & satellite industries.
Companies include DISH Network, where he was over the SE Region and launched the first ever local-into-local Satellite DBS Market in Atlanta, GA, as well as Home Box Office, BellSouth (now AT&T), Qwest, GLS and Carousel Industries before starting his own agency on January 3, 2019.
Clay’s primary focus is to gain a full understanding the client’s existing technologies and then help with solutions that leverage the right mix of service providers/technology partners, products & services and support based on each client’s unique business requirements and needs with emerging technologies.
Clay attended Lenoir-Rhyne College from 1983-1986 where he was a member of both the football and basketball teams, winning player of the week against eventual National Champion Carson-Newman in 1983, before graduating from Georgia State University in 1992 with a BA in Business (Strategic Management Organizational Theory & Behavior).
Lee Kermode
SVP Professional Services
Lee has responsibility for evaluating and implementing key strategic products and solutions to support the OMNI Solutions mandate.
Lee is a seasoned professional in all aspects of Technology, Business and Medical Management with Project Management skills to support Implementation of Solutions. Lee has been a Head Athletic Trainer at Western Michigan University, a business owner of Medical Practice Management companies, a Verizon Business and Solutions Consultant for over 15 years and still serves as Board Member for two nonprofit organizations, Life Link Missions and Military Family Support Trust.
Brenda Batchelor
Consultant Resource Manager
As Consultant Resource Manager, Brenda is responsible for providing Administrative & Executive Support and Processing Partner Commissions. Brenda joined OMNI in 2016 and handles the processing of all Partner Commissions- Calculations, Statements, Questions. She assists Consultants with initial paperwork requirements and assists in the development of Vendor Product and Services Sales Information. Prior to joining OMNI, she worked in the Industrial Sales & Services Industry and the Construction Industry as Office Manager for 22 years. Brenda has experience in business startups, the design and implementation of office policies, standards, and procedures. And has extensive Business Management, Clerical and Customer Service Skills.
Jessica Lewis
Director of Sales Operations
Jessica has over 18 years experience in sales operations within the Telecom industry, with knowledge of the processes for most carriers that are out there today. She has the ability to establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with customers, sales staff, vendors and service providers. She was one of the first employees in the carrier services department at Carousel Industries, and over her 11 years there she helped grow that department and create all processes from presales, order management/implementation, and post sales.
Scott Solomon
Operations Manager
Scott has a Master’s Degree (MACC) and a BA from the University of Georgia, as a CPA, Scott worked for Ernst & Young in Atlanta and Columbus Georgia before starting his own businesses in Columbus. In 2018 he retired from the Financial Services Industry where he worked with Merrill Lynch, A. G. Edwards, and as an independent Registered Rep with LPL Financial. He came to work with Omni in 2019.
Scott has known Randy since moving to Columbus in 1985 as a Tax Manager with E & Y and handled one of Randy’s businesses.
Jim Bowie
Project Coordinator
Jim Bowie was raised in Alexandria, VA and finished his BBA and MBA at TCU (Texas Christian University).He had a corporate career at Orkin Exterminating Company rising to Director of the Commercial Division based in Atlanta. He was also a Commercial Account Manager for BellSouth/AT&T. He has been employed by 4 start-ups over the years as a sales rep and even an owner/founder. He was president of one that went public on the NASDAQ.
Since 2006, Jim has been coaching technology entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses. He ran Technology Business Incubators for the University System of GA in Columbus, GA; the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He has been an Omni Senior Consultant for over 20 years helping companies improve their operations and growing their businesses through the use of technology. He has been based in Central Florida for over a decade.
